Sound as a Wellness Tool: Explore how sound interventions can activate parasympathetic states, restore energetic balance, and support natural self-healing. Use the 5 rhythms and the 5 elements to design transformative sound sessions. Create safe, nourishing sonic spaces for your clients to experience the rejuvenating and deeply relaxing qualities of sound.
Working with Clients: Practice presence, empathy and deep listening. Learn how to set intentions, and hold space for both individuals and group dynamics.
The Art of Touch, Healing Arts and Sound Work: Learn how conscious touch can complement sound for deeper resonance. Explore elemental approach to the art and skills of touch, experiencing the basic states and textures of solidity, fluidity, energy, lightness, and spaciousness of the 5 Elements of the traditional healing arts.
Intuition, Energy and Sound Work: Strengthen your intuition and energy awareness. Learn grounding techniques and integrate subtle energy shifts into sound sessions.
Nada Yoga, Healing Singing Circle: Experience Nada Yoga, the power of sound and vibrations. Nada yoga helps to develop a deeper faculty of listening and awareness and open the perception of sensation and intuition. Exploring the power of group resonance and its healing power.
