The Client shall be responsible for all taxes in respect of this agreement including but not limited to Goods and Services Tax.
The Client will pay an advanced payment of 50% of the total amount.
The Client will pay 50% of the total amount prior to the shipment of the goods.
Extra Costs
Packing and shipping cost of the goods will be covered by the Client.
In case installation is needed, all costs of travel and accommodation for the SVARAM Team will be borne by the Client.
Any return visits or extra time on site due to restricted access will incur an extra cost.
Should an order be cancelled any costs incurred will be charged in full.
Delivery Timeline
SVARAM will ship the goods within 3 months from the day of receiving the 50% advance payment. SVARAM will inform the Client about the estimated delivery time as will be given by the courier.
Approvals, Clearances, Safety
The Client will take care of all legal clearances, approvals, licenses and/or certifications that are needed for installing and/or operating the goods by the Client or anyone who will be permitted by the Client to use it or operate it.
Returns and Refunds
Return of goods will be accepted only when the goods were damaged during the shipping or when wrong goods were shipped. In these cases, for the goods that are returned and a replacement is not sought, the refund will be initiated within 30 days of receipt of returned goods by the original payment method.
The Client is required to test goods and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 7 days after the delivery.
Liability
SVARAM shall not be liable for death, personal injury or damage, except for any attributable to SVARAM negligence.
SVARAM does not accept liability for any damage or loss caused by a variation to the services or goods or any changes in the goods made by others that are not SVARAM.
SVARAM shall not be liable for any default due to any circumstance beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of god, war, civil unrest, riot, strike, lock-out, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, earthquake or shortage of supply or failure to deliver by our suppliers.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Tamil Nadu (INDIA).
Refund Policy
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
An item that was wrongly dispatched or was damaged before delivery; and
received by SVARAM within 15 days since the delivery time for purchase inside India and 45 days since the delivery time for purchase outside India; and
unused and in the same condition that you received it; and
in the original packaging; and
with a receipt or a proof of purchase on SVARAM Webshop.
Non-returnable items are gift cards or downloaded software products.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged by you, missing parts for reasons not due to SVARAM error or was not returned in the mandated respected time frame – shall not be accepted for replacement or refunds. Only items that were wrongly dispatched or were damaged during or before transit will be replaced or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund request.
In case your request for refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and we will instruct within 15 working days that a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 15 working days, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted items purchased as part of a promotion/sale are not eligible for returns, or refund requests, unless reached by you when the items are damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and a refund was approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When you purchase something from SVARAM Webshop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
